Return&Refund Policy

At Teczo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality, authentic tech products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received an incorrect item that you did not order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used or tampered with.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Clearance or sale items, unless they are damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

  • After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as per your choice.


4. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product, subject to stock availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), Teczo will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

7. Important Notes
